How quickly can you arrange a care worker for me or my loved one?
From our initial meeting and assessment date, we can arrange for a carer to start working with you on the same day or whenever suits you and your family.
How do you know what support is needed?
Before we commence our services, one of our deputy managers will visit you to assess your care and support needs. This personalised approach allows you to ask any questions you may have. We then create a comprehensive care plan that details your unique support needs, preferences, and routines. This care plan serves as the foundation of our support.
What are the costs?
Home care is usually charged on a time basis. Franchesca Care has prices for 30, 45 and 60 minutes. Costs for an hour of care vary between £20 and £40 per hour.
